Absolutely blown away by my experience at Milk Hair - I was looking for somewhere to get a perm (not so easy) and stumbled across their website via a quick google search, I was truly impressed with the images on the website and then clicked through to their instagram and was still impressed so made a booking to get my hair permed.Mina consulted with me via text message super quickly after I made the online booking, warning me of the cons of hair perming, we discussed what style of perm, I sent through photos of my current hair and of what I was looking to achieve, after questions back and forth Mina agreed to perm my hair.On appointment day I was greeted by Mina and James both full of smiles and really friendly - even though it was only just 7:30am on a Saturday no less! Mina ran through the process and got to work on my hair. A couple of hours later and me almost nodding off in the chair a few times and my hair has EXCEEDED expectations, if I could give more than 5 stars I would, I was offered tea and coffee regularly, and the farewell was as friendly as the welcome!One of the best salons I have ever visited and would definitely become my regular if I wasn’t moving to New Zealand in June, but I might be back in before the move for a tidy up!
