At Milk Hair, we require a non-refundable cancellation deposit to secure your booking. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Salon visits cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. However, we understand that unforeseeable circumstances may arise, such as government directives or environmental disasters, and we will issue refunds in these cases.
To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to perform your requested services, and your deposit may be forfeited.
You can conveniently place your deposit when booking online through our online booking system. If you prefer to book over the phone or in person, we accept credit card, eftpos, bank transfer, or cash payments.
We want to ensure that our cancellation policy is fair to all of our guests. Therefore, we ask that you keep your deposit as a rolling credit to be redeemed at any time. Please note that the credited amount should align with the required deposit amount for your booked services. If adjustments need to be made, we will inform you.
