CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT

At Milk Hair Salon, we want to make sure you never miss an appointment. That's why we'll send you a courtesy reminder SMS message at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, giving you a chance to confirm your reservation. If for any reason you can't make it, please give us a call to reschedule.

ONLINE BOOKINGS

If you prefer to book your appointment online, we encourage you to attend a complimentary consultation with your stylist prior to your appointment. This will ensure that your hair needs are discussed and the appropriate services are recommended to achieve your desired result. Failure to attend a consultation may result in disappointment if the allocated time or service isn't adequate, and you may need to reschedule your appointment time.

WHEN TO ARRIVE

We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. This will allow our staff to settle you in comfortably before your service.

RUNNING LATE?

We understand that sometimes life happens, and you may run late for your appointment. Please give us a call to let us know. However, please note that your service time has been reserved especially for you. If you are late, it may impact the time we have to spend with you, which can cause delays for our other scheduled clients.

DEPOSITS

For extra-long appointments, such as straightening, keratin treatments, extension work, and color corrections, a deposit may be required.

CHILDREN

We love children, and they are welcome at our salon. However, we ask that you keep in mind our other clients' experience. Please ensure that your children remain under your supervision at all times, as busy hairdressing salons can be dangerous places for unattended children.
