Salon Services

At Milk Hair Salon we follow the Australian Consumer Law on providing remedies to correct any issues to our service. We are under no obligation to provide any refund for services rendered. Nevertheless, if you encounter any queries or apprehensions about the service you recently received at our salon, we kindly request you to get in touch with us within a two-day window following your appointment. If you find yourself dissatisfied with the results, we do ask that you return to our salon for a visual assessment of your hair.

During this visit, we are committed to going above and beyond to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction. We will arrange a follow-up appointment with the same stylist who initially performed your service. Please note that these adjustments will be provided to you at no additional cost, but it is imperative that you schedule this follow-up appointment within the two-day period following your initial service. Your contentment is our utmost priority, and we strive to ensure you leave our salon feeling your best.

Salon Products

Our policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of your purchase. If a full month has elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to grant a refund or exchange.

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer you the option to return your item(s) in exchange for a store credit.

To initiate the return process, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via email. They will guide you through the necessary steps and provide assistance in arranging your return.

Please take note of the following conditions that apply to returned items:

  1. Products must remain unused and unopened.
  2. Products must be returned to us in their original packaging and box, in a pristine, resalable condition.
  3. It is essential to obtain return authorization from our Customer Service Team prior to shipping any items back.
  4. The expenses associated with return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Regrettably, shipping and insurance fees cannot be reimbursed.
  6. Products that are returned in a damaged condition will not qualify for a credit.
