I got my first ever perm today by Ellie and Holy! She understood the assignment.
The online booking was easy and all the way up to the appointment she was super helpful with any questions I had.
The whole experience was lovely, relaxing and the perm & style turned out so good!
I keep catching my reflection like "hot damn!"
and my girlfriend is obsessed 😆🔥

BESTT PERM AND HAIRCUT I EVER HADDD, the place are very comfortable they even gave me green tea while doing perm, huge applause for Ellie she treated me very well, had a great personality and she’s very skilled as welll, definitely will come back againnn !!!!

Absolutely love Milk hair!! As someone who rarely goes to the hairdresser I was nervous about my first appointment. Mina listened to me and made sure that she had all the information she needed to ensure I was getting the right service for my hair. If you’re looking for your first perm, I honestly couldn’t recommend Milk Hair highly enough 😍 they were punctual, listened to what I wanted, provided helpful feedback, educated me on the process and products needed to best care for it, and the attention to detail was much appreciated. They obviously have heaps of knowledge and experience with hair, and I’ve never loved my hair so much. Can’t wait to visit again!

I came in for a perm and showed Ellie a photo of what I wanted it to look like. The smell and wait was absolutely worth it. I walked out of the shop feeling more confident than ever with my new look. We even got free samples of shampoo and curl gel!!! 5 star experience I had a great time

I had such an amazing experience here! I got a style cut and curl defining treatment! The ladies were so friendly, had great care for detail and precision and knew so much about curl care! The vibe of Milk Hair was very welcoming and cosy. My favourite part of my hair cut was getting my hair washed in a massage chair!! Overall really amazing service!!

These girls are amazing! I came to the studio for perm and got the best perm I have ever had. I wanted a natural curl and wanted to bring some health/moisture back into the hair. Mina definitely understood the brief! I am so pleased with their service and cannot wait to be back. Thank you Mina and Ellie!

Absolutely delightful experience as a client of Milk Hair! I have been a regular since March 2023, and it is the only salon I trust with my hair. I still vividly remember how damaged and overbleached my hair was when I first saw Mina for a colour correctio, and she truly saved it. Since then, my hair has grown steadily and healthily, and I have been able to lighten it every couple of months without significant damage.
Over the years, I have had my hair done by Mina, Ellie, Katrina, and El, and each of them has been consistently attentive and skilled. The care and quality they provide are outstanding. Thank you to the entire Milk Hair team!

Excellent job doing a loose perm on stubborn, straight hair. Would recommend if you are new to having long hair as a dude and want to style it up!

Mina is the best of the best when it comes to curls, worth every cent. There’s nothing worse than getting the cut or style that you never wanted because people simply don’t have the talent or settle for the “it is what it is mentality. Mina not only listens to what you want but she will go through the depths to ensure you leave happy.
Mina is not a hairdresser she is much more….she is an Artiste 👩‍🎨 (she reminded me of Edward Scissor Hands when she was tearing through my curls ✂️ with precision)
She also has by far the best collection of products to maintain your hair at very reasonable prices.
I’m a customer and friend for life now.

I thought I’d give it a month or so to see how well my French bob held up. The downside to this is not seeing the fresh cut which was incredibly cute! Still, the cut itself has maintained good shape after about 6 weeks. The hair wash was the best I’ve ever had and I’m not being hyperbolic. It was performed by the other hair stylist there although I can’t remember her name (sorry). I have a very sensitive scalp and often dread the hair wash and “scalp massage” which usually feels like someone’s dragging a garden rake across my brain. This wash, however, gave me happy little goosebumps and at one point I almost fell asleep! Now to the perm. After a long discussion with Mina about the type of curl I’d like (loose and natural) they set about putting my hair into the rollers which took very little time with the two girls tackling my substantial volume of hair. During the process Mina gave me simple instructions on how to maintain the health of my hair to prolong the life of the curl. She did say to let it air dry but I prefer a bit more volume so I use the warm setting and a diffuser on my dyson airwrap then finish off with a blast of cool air. I’m really stoked with both the cut and the curl and will absolutely be going back!
