The Details: How Our Service Guarantee Works
To ensure we can provide the best Post-Appointment Care, we ask that you follow these professional guidelines:

The 3-Day Notification: Please contact the salon within 3 days (72 hours) of your original appointment. This allows our stylists to see the hair before significant new growth or environmental fading occurs.

The Adjustment Appointment: Once you’ve notified us, we will prioritize booking your complimentary "refresh" session, ideally within 7 days of your original visit.

Technical Refinements vs. Change of Mind: This promise covers technical adjustments to the look agreed upon during your initial consultation (e.g., shifting a tone or tweaking a cut). If you have a "change of heart" and wish to try a completely different color or style than what was originally discussed, this will be booked as a new paid service.

Professional Aftercare Integrity: We can only guarantee our chemical results if you are using the professional hair care products recommended by your stylist. Using supermarket brands or harsh clarifying shampoos can chemically alter the results we achieved in the salon.
