I had such a lovely experience at Milk Hair. I went in for a trim and balayage, and my hairstylist Ellie did an absolutely beautiful job.
She was so careful and focused throughout the appointment, and Iām honestly really happy with how my hair turned out - Iāve already received so many compliments.
Ellie kept me updated on what she was doing and explained everything along the way, which I really appreciated. The appointment took quite a while, but she was incredibly patient and understanding, even when I needed to take a break to grab some food. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable.
The salon itself was lovely, and everyone was so welcoming. The complimentary drinks were also such a nice touch. Iām really happy with both my hair and the overall experience, and Iād definitely recommend booking with Ellie!
Response from the owner:Thanks Simran! So good to hear youāre loving your new hair, and even better that youāre already getting compliments!
Ellie will be stoked to read this. Balayage can be a pretty long appointment, so glad you were happy to take your time and have a break when you needed to. Sheāll be very happy to know you felt comfortable the whole way through.
Thanks again for coming in and trusting Ellie with your hair. See you next time!
